It is the Membership Examination of the Surgical Royal Colleges of Great Britain. The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh offers this examination for candidates in the UK and internationally at a variety of locations.

It is first time in Bangladesh to launch online examination for Bangladeshi doctors. We hope it will work nicely and palatable as well.
